Thermo Clip™ Series

The Thermo Clip™ Series serves as overtemperature indicators for electrical assets. Using a patented Thermochromic technology, these easily installed clips provide a color-changing visual indicator that works in tandem with the large format windows from IRISS as part of the visual component in the inspection process prior to and between infrared and ultrasound inspections. With a memory-effect feature, these non-conducive clips can also let inspectors see a permanent record of overtemperature excursions in intermittently loaded systems.

$7.88$4,200.00

Simple Application

Easy and quick push-on installation means no de-energizing or disconnection is needed.

Easy to Read

The thermochromic material provides a highly-visible predictive warning when viewing through inspection windows

Broad Coverage

Multiple models available to provide for varying wire sizes 17AWG to 750MCM wires. Suitable for circuits rated 36kVAC/600VDC.

Features

Integration with Large Format Windows

Thermo Clip™ Series clips are designed to work in tandem with large format windows from IRISS, enhancing the visual component in the inspection process before and between infrared and ultrasound inspections. This integration streamlines the monitoring and inspection process for improved efficiency.

Overtemperature Indicators

The Thermo Clip™ Series serves as reliable overtemperature indicators for electrical assets, offering a visual means to monitor temperature variations and potential issues within electrical systems.

Memory-Effect Feature

These non-conducive clips possess a memory-effect feature, enabling inspectors to view a permanent record of overtemperature excursions in intermittently loaded systems. This feature aids in tracking and analyzing temperature trends over time, contributing to asset health and safety monitoring.

Patented Thermochromic Technology

These clips feature patented Thermochromic technology, allowing them to change color as a response to temperature changes. This technology ensures a clear and permanent visual indicator of overtemperature conditions.
