Over the past decade, Mina Soliman has been focused on developing reliability and condition monitoring engineering domain. He has trained more than 1800+ professionals in the lubrication and oil analysis field, 2000+ in other condition monitoring techniques, vibration, infrared and ultrasound. Also 1500+ in the reliability engineering knowledge domain. At the same time he has done thousands of hours in consultation with various customers solving real life problems answering real life problems with practical solutions that eliminate the root cause of issues in an effective and efficient way.

Mayank Pariaker
Mayank Pariaker is an industrial reliability specialist with deep expertise in predictive maintenance, IoT-based condition monitoring, and data-driven asset health management. An alumnus of NIT Surat and IIT Madras, he combines strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on field experience across industries in India and the Middle East. His core strengths include ultrasound and infrared inspections, partial discharge monitoring, motion amplification diagnostics, and temperature correlation techniques. Passionate about safety and reliability culture, Mayank helps organizations reduce unplanned downtime, improve energy efficiency, and lower carbon footprint through high-performance condition-based maintenance.
