Business Development Manager

Position: Inside Account Executive
What We’re Looking For… 
  • Experienced inside sales guru to help create demand and expand our sales of electrical and IoT applications to existing customers and prospects, with a focus on key enterprise customers. Using your technical expertise, consultative skills, along with your outside of the box thinking and influencing skills, you will help tailor the customer’s needs into winning IRISS solutions 
  • You collaborate naturally with members across different teams balancing priorities and time management 
  • Experienced in heavy amount of prospecting and lead-development with medium to large sized businesses across many industries. 
  • You are a natural on the phone and able to navigate through objections to secure appoints for demos.  
  • A top performer that consistently exceed expectations, and takes initiative to succeed    
What You’ll Be Doing 
  • Providing sales support to the direct sales division and authorized channel partners  
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads through prospecting and qualifying inbound/outbound generated calls 
  • Researching targeted accounts to generate potential business opportunities 
  • Consulting with new and existing customers the value proposition of IRISS’s Ecosystem 
  • Develop, write and review client proposal documents 
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with related experience 
  • A self-starter with significant personal drive to learn and embrace new technology and tools 
  • Experience calling on Electrical Contractors, EPC’s Independent reps, OEM’s is plus 
  • Experience in industrial electrical sales, renewable energy, IIoT is a plus. 
  • One to three years of account management or sales experience 
  • You have solid business acumen and proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience using Salesforce CRM
